This year we took on a brand new journey. I had been teaching in an elementary school for 17 years when God said, “You are going to homeschool.” Well, I wasn’t quite sure that I was hearing Him correctly. So of course, I questioned and worried over this for a full year. However, after much prayer I finally submitted to the Lord’s call and here we are. We are now a family learning through scripture, curiosity, relationships, nature, art, and experiences. We are spontaneous and a bit chaotic, so there is not doubt this will be a rollercoaster ride. Hang on tight and I’ll share what fun we get into, ideas that bloom beautifully, and lessons we learn from the failures.
