The first step to accepting Jesus as Savior is realizing our ‘Sin Condition’.
“There is no one righteous, not even one;” Romans 3:10
“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:23
“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord” Romans 6:23
Oh but Hallelujah, Jesus gives us Hope!
“But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” John 3:16-17
“If you declare with your mouth, Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. ” Romans 10:9-10

Call out to Jesus.
Dear Jesus, I know that I am a sinner in need of a savior. Nothing I can do will save me from the judgment I deserve. I believe that you are the Son of God who gave Himself up to death to save my soul. I come to you today as I am, a sinner in need of a Savior! Please come into my heart, wash me clean, and lead me on the path of righteousness. I commit to take up your cross daily and follow you all the days of my life!
